Today at the CDC trial in Monroe it was WET! Mom was afraid of slippin' & slidin' all over the course. Yesterday she slipped and when she was trying to get her balance back I took the jump she was pointing at. How was I supposed to know she really meant for me to take the teeter? It was so wet & slippery today that one poor guy slipped & tore a tendon. An ambulance had to come & take him away. I'm sure glad that didn't happen to my mom, what would I do if someone took her away! She was running really cautiously but she must have had a brain spasm since sent me one way when I was supposed to go the other way. What was she thinking! So no Q in standard.
We Q'd in jumpers but the timer didn't go off. We have NO idea how fast I ran. I didn't like running in the rain so mom told the judge "that's okay, we're not going to run for time". (Thanks Mom!). I know I did good though! It was a tricky course & we got it!
Going back tomorrow, I hope it's not raining!
